Warranty:
* Our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects unless otherwise stated. Due to Hygiene , most Beauty products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
* If you experience any issues with your product due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
* We will repair or replace the product, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.
Return Requirements:
* To be eligible for a return or warranty claim, the product must be in its original condition and with the original packaging.
* All items, accessories, and components included in the "What's in the box" description in the advert on our site must be returned intact.
* Any products that show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for returns or warranty claims.
Return Procedure:

Shipping of the returned product to any of our Warehouses closest to the customer, remains the customers reponsibility , unless otherwise agreed upon with OQ Trading Pty Ltd and the customer.
